How &humans processes data

Last updated: April 7, 2026

&humans uses minimal personal data. If you contact the studio or submit information through the site, that data is used only to respond, continue a conversation, or deliver the requested service.

The public tools may process information you actively provide, such as a role description, organisation name, workflow context, survey answers, or an email address for benchmark updates. Most tool usage is handled as service data for producing the requested result, while benchmark and waitlist data is used to improve comparisons and follow up when you explicitly ask for that.

If you accept analytics cookies, the site loads Google Analytics to measure traffic, page usage, and broad engagement patterns. IP addresses are anonymized in the configuration and analytics data is used to improve the site, not for profiling individuals.

Some tools also save in-progress work locally in your browser so you can continue where you left off. That local session data stays on your device unless you choose to submit or save the result.

Legal bases

Necessary processing is based on legitimate interest or steps taken before entering into an agreement. Optional analytics cookies are used only after consent.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies in the banner. You can also withdraw a previous choice by clearing cookies in your browser and revisiting the site.

If you do not want an in-progress tool session to remain on your device, choose “start over” in the tool or clear your browser storage for this site.
